DR ANTHONY R MIDDLETON
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Dr Middleton has over 20 years experience of the energy industry with BP and Eastern Electricity before founding TradeLink Solutions in 1997. He specialises in all commercial aspects of the gas, electricity and renewable energy industries. During his career Bob has negotiated key contracts and been the major commercial face behind some of the UK’s newest Power Stations and North Sea Gas Developments. He has managed and set up trading operations and energy management centres, with a deal stream in excess of £15bn.

MRS DIANE DOWDELL
COMMERCIAL & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Diane Dowdell has nearly 20 years experience of the energy industry specialising in fuel supply, trading and the power sector. Her career history spans work with British Coal, Eastern Electricity and Entergy Power Group. As Head of Commercial Operation for Entergy Power Group Europe, Diane managed a team responsible for the commercial optimisation of both the Saltend and Damhead Creek Power Stations and was responsible for the negotiation of fuel and electricity agreements for new projects in Europe.

MRS PENELOPE CHRISTOPHOROU
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Penelope Christophorou has over 4 years experience of the energy industry from working with the NIA, the trade association for the nuclear industry. As well as 3 years experience of the internet start-up sector through two small software companies. Her experience lies in office and operations management, finance, accounting and small business set-up and incorporation.

MS FIONA HILDICK
RENEWABLES MANAGER
Fiona Hildick is a graduate from Royal Holloway University of London and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She has a years experience within the renewable industry through her work at TradeLink and a valuable knowledge base in the extensive range of renewable technologies and the associated legislation.

MR HENRY ALLEN
OPERATIONS ENGINEER
Henry Allen is a recent graduate from Bristol University and holds a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is currently training to learn about the energy industry and to work in the hydro and asset development side of the business.
